Bush is just pretty much telling Congress to back off the investigation of the destroyed CIA tapes until he can get safely out of office to avoid impeachment. Oh...Okay, we've looked the other way all this time, what's another year? Why didn't Nixon just tell Congress to back off that pesky Watergate investigation? He must not have known that was an option. Clinton surely would have succeeded .....
