Not only is this good news for journalists and authors alike on the issue of First Amendment rights. But this will ultimately be extremely good news to bloggers as well in the future as internet activity is flourishing.
This past Monday, (March 31st,) in Albany,N.Y., the New York Legislature unanimously passed the Libel Terrorism Protection Act. Also known as S. 6687/A. 9652, the LTPA bill once.....
